An Old Soul

She's an old soul, can you see it? I took these back in November as part of a family session. I have known J's mom for years. We taught together back in the day. When we were single, we wanted to get married... then we needed to have children and now that we both have kids, a little peace and quiet is what we are after. It's funny how we chase contentment as humans. Run, run, run... when it's here. Right here, looking at us, waiting for satisfaction.

We are all sick in our house. Can I be satisfied with it? What satisfies you?

Hmm... as my soul ages, it finds satisfaction with a new day, or just to seize the day.

The post satisfies me this moment. =)

she's beautiful....and I see that old soul in her eyes...

what satisfied me today....well, I can't get enough of pink's song....glitter in the air.... and am determined to sing it once, all the way through, knowing every word.

She has beautiful eyes. What satisfies me is knowing my family is safe and happy. As I grow older I not seem to want much, and just take what good comes my way.
